First thing, first, Learn How to Meditate


Meditation

Before we talk about what's good about meditation, let me try this in Nike way.

Just do it.

So this article will try to tell you how to meditate. here we go.

Meditation is easy to practice, but hard to master it. A bit like LOL and Dota right? No, actually, it is not. Because, it's all about you. There is no competitor in this workout. And just like any workout, the more you do it, the more you know about it. (maybe you will be better at it, I am not sure) The point is, this is that kind of thing you need to learn by doing it, not thinking about it or plan about it.


What is Meditation


Let's go back a little bit. I still need to explain what is meditation. For me, it is a workout, that help you stay in what every you want to. For example, someone want to focus more on his job, meditation can help you with that.

Why should I meditate?

If you wan to ask this, you shouldn't. Well, I don't want to tell people what to do with their life. I just want to do what I like to do, meditation can help me fast forward to that. So I like to practice it. Off course, there is a lot of benefits about it. Basically, it help you use your mind better. Your mind is like a pet, it need training to do what you want, and tricks, and many many more things that you don't expect in the first place, but he will.

There are a lot of guide out there. My friend told me 2 of them.



But this is how I start it.

  • step1 : Find a place that you can sit comfortable.
  • step2: Close your eyes (turn off your light if possible, use your iPhone to do so awesomely)
  • step3: focus on your breath, and do it as long as you can do.
If this is your first time try to meditate, you will be surprise, how long you actually stay focus on it. But do it anyway, and see you next time.
